You Seem Different
I didn’t even know I wasn’t relaxed.
It happened for the third time in the last two weeks.
Someone who knows me well said to me, “Tony, you seem different, you seem more relaxed.”
The words struck me as odd, not because I wasn’t appreciative of the intent of the comment, but because from my own internal perspective I never knew I wasn’t relaxed.
After some prayer and reflection time I recognized what had changed inside of me over the last couple of weeks that has put me at ease in a way that was clearly recognizable to the people who were close to me. What changed was:
