One relationship.

You need one relationship that knows everything, can see deep into your heart, and is aware of all the sins you routinely bump up against.

Is it okay to have more than one? Yes, absolutely, but you need to have at least one.

There is a big difference between private and secret. Healthy leaders have things that are private, unhealthy leaders usually become unhealthy because they have secrets.
