Lectio Divina
One of my favorite ways to meditate on scripture is through lectio divina. This practice forces me to slow down to hear God’s voice while reading scripture. Sometimes I get caught up in reading all of the latest and greatest articles. Yet the Holy Spirit nudges me back to the scriptures, reminding me that His voice is my lifeline. Maybe today you find yourself scrolling on social media or distracting yourself with other consumptive inputs.
